MULTA A BANKINTER POR INFRACCIÓN GRAVE POR OCULTACIÓN DE COSTES EN LA CONCESIÓN DE PRÉSTAMOS

El BOE del 3 de Septiembre hace pública la resolución del Banco de España  contra Bankinter por cometer la infracción, tipificada como grave, de ocultar información a sus clientes cuando firmaron sus contratos de servicios en el momento de solicitar un préstamo. Dicha infracción se cometió durante tres años (2015-2017). La entidad bancaria ha cometido diversas irregularidades relacionadas con la protección al cliente a la hora de darle la información precontractual, al cálculo de la TAE y sobre los gastos de gestión derivados de la concesión de préstamos.
